Due to the the changes in the way social networks are becoming more focused on the feed and changes enforced by Facebook with regards to applications no longer having access to the profile page, we've decided to replace Footprint History with a new application Footprint Feed.

New Release of Footprint History - CSV export
We're excited to let you know about our latest release of Footprint History which includes the following main features:
- You can now export your entire footprints to a CSV format file (CSV stands for Comma Separated Values) that can easily be imported into spreadsheets etc. To export your footprints click on the options button by your name when on the Footprints tab.
- An API for authorised third party applications. We've completed our API and are working on some exciting projects so you can share your footprints with other applications. Watch this space for further announcements in this area. If you're interested in integrating with us please contact support@footprinthistory.com
- We've also made some small changes to the user interface to help make things a little clearer.

Some more small enhancements...
We've made some more minor changes to Footprint History
- On facebook your profile map now users the zoom level set in your preferences and there is also an auto zoom option.
- You a can reset your footprints with a new options menu next to your name. What this space for more exciting options coming soon.
- We now validate yout Latitude Id as soon as it's entered, this should help new users get their latitude Id's up and running quickly.

Minor Release of Footprint History
We've just deployed a minor release of Footprint History which includes:
- more minor enhancements for latest browsers
- a new search box on the map which includes the ability to search for landmarks, both shared and private
- fixes an issue a few users were experiencing with Fire Eagle
- friend popup includes the distance you are to your friends

New release with more options and better performance
A quick note to let you know we have released and new version of both Footprint History for Facebook and footprinthistory.com. In the release are the following enhancements and improvements.
- Hide your history, selecting this will only show friends your current location.
- Choose your default map type and zoom level.
- Trails on your Facebook profile badge.
- Faster application with a number of performance enhancements
- Proper support for FireFox 3.5 and IE8
- Fixed memory management problems with the browser after the application is running for a period of time
- Fire Eagle OAuth 1.0a support
- Fixed problem with map disappearing when window is resized

Footprint History now supports "Google Latitude"
We've now added support for "Google Latitude", your location can be kept upto date automatically from your Google Latitude mobile device. Simply follow the instructions on the "Google Latitude" tab and your Footprints will be checked at Google every 60 seconds.
